You are looking at ONE (1) SET OF two (2) SHEETS OF FORD MOTOR COMPANY, STEEL DIVISION, SHIP, FREIGHTER STATIONARY AND TWO (2) MATCHING ENVELOPES. This stationary comes from the S. S. Ernest R. Breech
This auction is for a total of 2 sheets of ship's stationary with 2 matching envelopes.
From the Captain's Office, you will get the matching stationary from the following ship:
S. S. ERNEST R. BREECH
This set of Great Lakes Freighter Stationary is a very rare find. I have just a limited amount of this stationary available. The stationary came from the Captain's Office aboard the S/S Ernest R. Breech, back in the 1960s/70s. If you have any questions, please ask before you bid.
These light cream color sheets/envelopes are the real deal. The sheets of stationary are in three colors. The ship is black ink, The Blue Bird Flag is blue and gold, and the FORD sign and the name of the ship is in dark blue ink. The Blue Bird Flag was the flag Henry Ford (the first) picked for all his ships, tugs, and company. Also on the back of each envelope is another color print of the Ford's Blue Bird Flag.
These are not a printer copy. But real Captain's stationary made by the Ford Motor Company for the Captains to use aboard their ships. The colors are rich and sharp.

Please note: Shipping and handling covers more than just the actual shipping costs. It covers a lot of other things like shipping material (envelopes, Card board, sheet protectors, labels, etc.). My time spent packaging, delivering photos to the Post Office, etc. Priority Mail shipping within the USA is $5.00. For each additional item of like size will be $1.00 more. If you don't have a PayPal account, e-mail me before bidding. I am also differently able person and it is hard for me to get to the post office, for this reason, I like shipping by priority mail, which allows the post office to come to my home and pick the package up. So if you ask for priority shipping, packages will go out the next mailing day. First Class shipping may take a few days to get to the post office. If for some reason you do not like my shipping and handling terms, please do not bid.
