You are bidding on a lot of United States postage stamps, unused. These were stuck together and someone had tried to tear them apart, further damaging them. I soaked everything and separated the stamps and dried them. I count a total of: 100 (one hundred) 5-cent stamps 100 (one hundred) 4-cent stamps T's an occasional trace of gum on the front of some of the stamps but even these may not be pretty, but should still be usable on an envelope. I've been using some 22's that are awful condition without any problem. My count of face value is $36.00. That entire amount should be usable for postage (or collecting) but I added some extras to be sure. Just get out the old glue stick and mail away. A good opportunity to pick up stamps at a discount. No International shipping on this auction. I’ve put on a low starting bid with no reserve. I prefer PayPal but will accept any of Ebay’s approved methods.
