gorgeous limited edition artist collectors doll. sabine esche is one of my favourite doll artists. she really knows how to capture the most realistic and alluring looks please not the doll has NOT been displayed in a window! she is only there for the purpose of taking a good picture This auction is for Felice II, a beautiful doll approx 24" designed by artist Sabine Esche for the Gotz "Doll Art" limited edition series in 1994. She is in perfect condition and from a limited edition of 750. She comes with her certificate of authenticity, but no box. Her issue price was $799. Felice II has a head and limbs made of hard vinyl, and a soft, stuffed, cloth body designed in a sitting position. Her lovely eyes are hand-painted brown. All of her facial features are hand-painted. Her hair is a human hair wig that is light brown. She is wearing a rust-and-beige dress with a white lace collar. She is also wearing white cotton undies with lace trim, and black leather mary-jane shoes.
