I found only 5 copies currently offered - the cheapest being a copy with very serious defects at $250, copies with minor defects at $400 & $500, a copy rebound in 3/4 leather at $650, and a presentation copy with association materials laid in at $2500. Very Scarce. 1st edition . This copy has a small pressure dent in front cover and some light spotting to front cover. Spine gilt bright, Interior Very Fine. Much better than usually found.
