This listing is for a rare vintage Saito Harbor tugboat Cervia. From information I can find the kit was made in 1974 in Japan. The box as you can see in pics is in rough shape. I do believe kit is all there though. Bad news is there is no motor included and probably worse news I do not have the instruction sheet. I am going to start the bidding accordingly with those two factors in effect. Also I'm going to throw in a new package of 5 minute epoxy with retail sticker off $5.99 from the hobby shack.
