All are original, unique works, either finals or studies/prelims created for illustrative use on books, games or products and more.This week I am offering the first of a handful of finished studies by well-known illustrator Richard Bober, this one a classically rendered ship inspired by the painting he produced for the cover illustration of Kara Dalkey's "Goa: Blood of the Goddess" Vol. 1, published by Tor Books, 1996. [see published cover for reference] A gorgeous golden glow permeates the scene in textured oil and acrylics on stretched canvas, 16" x 12"- signed by the artist, plus comes framed in a simple gold metal frame. This is one of a small number of his paintings I have asked him to take out of storage and send me especially for this sale.
