This auction is for This auction is for a very very rare vintage store display. This is a doll mannequin made of some tyle of composition. Facial features as well as finger nails are painted. Please note the thumb is missing on one hand (it can be clearly seen in the third picture) These dolls were used in a bridal shop window to show the different bridal dresses available at the bridal salon. EXCELLENT Condition, doll and dress. Dress is made of what I believe is satin, head vail is made of mesh. Notice the pearls around the mannequins head vail and neck. So realistic Doll measures approx. 13" tall. I have several of these manikins that I will be listing each in a different dress. Manikin and dress look to be in 30's or 40's but that is my opinion, others have said it looked 50's. Lovely no stains no mildew no discoloration of material this gown is more off white than white. Please be your own judge as to age. Please ask questions I will be happy to answer them. No legs doll stands on a wooden stand.
