This is a beautiful littleGold or Silver Miners' lunch bucket, or lunch pail, and it honestly IS A SALESMAN SAMPLE! What child would ask Santa for a tiny Lisk lunch pail? The photos will show the small size, but just to be sure, from the bottom to the top of the little cup is only 3". It is all original and absolutely COMPLETE! Please do not ask me to sell ANY of the pieces, this will be sold complete! The base is 3 1/4" X 2" and is oval. With the handle standing up, it is 4" to the base. It has not been cleaned, repaired, and mostly untouched for the last 40+ years. Another perfect item I've kept from the public. But now it's time to finally let go. In Colorado this is called a "Gold or Silver Miners' Lunch pail" but it was called different things in other states. The inside pieces are all t, right down to the sandwhich tray and tiny drinking cup. That cup is approx. 1" dia. This whole beautiful set is nickel plated brass. No magnet will stick to any piece except the bail on the handle. The last to scans show what the "BUTLER BROTHERS CATALOG OF 1918" had for sale. Theirs were not nickel plated iron, just tin. LISK is (or was) the top of the line in miners lunch pails. Questions, please email me. Always glad to combine items to save some postage. GUARANTEED OLD AND AUTHENTIC! Please use the checkout.
