Solid Sterling Silver Treble Hunting Horn Made in Chester, probably by Sampson Mordan in 1908 . A Very Good Edwardian Pocket Treble Hunting Horn made from Solid Sterling Silver. Made in Chester in 1908, most likely by Sampson Mordan . Blows a good high hunting note in very good condition. No Engraving or Erasures. Lovely solid silver item no doubt tons of history. Condition: The Marks: Mostly Well Struck, makers mark very worn to the point of guess work. The Horn : Very Good. No splits, dents or repairs. Hallmarks: SM Lion passant Town assay mark Date letter H Length: Twelve inches 30.5cm Weight: 1.300ounces 39grams Postage: UK Mainland is £4.00 Fully Insured. International is £8.00 Fully Insured.
