Philippine SILVER SHAKER Amulet Saint Joseph, Holy Spirit, and All Seeing Eye Symbols Description: A SILVER amulet (or anting anting in the vernacular), with a figure labelled as San Jose, an Angel and the Holy Spirit filling up a treasure chest. On the other side are crossed keys, with legend: Un Puro Sagrado Verdadero. The amulet is crown sized, and produces a soft, subtle metallic sound when you shake it (hence, "shaker"). Background: Shrouded in secrecy and mystery, the anting-anting is a subject close to the Filipino's heart. It holds promise of invincibility, of victory and of heroic deeds. Legends have been born and men have died because of the lure of the mysterious and powerful anting-anting.
