This charming piece measures 10 1/2" x 6 3/4" and varys from about 1/8" to 3/5" thick. It has no marks and I am not 100% sure w it was made but it came from an Albuquerque estate that had many California items from the 1930s and 1940s. It has a couple chips on the sides but they are not easy to see because the exposed red clay matches the brown glaze that was used. No cracks or problems with the scenic front which shows a three dimensional Church with flower garden statue and a cross. This is very heavy and is made from brick type clay. The back has its original metal wire holders that were placed in the clay before it was fired. I can send this with insurance to anyw in the continental U.S. for $10.
