This is a Sandicast Bull Terrier statue or Spuds McKenzie for the Spuds collector. He is about 8 1/2" tall. He has two issues. One is an ear tip chip and the other is his nose needs a touchup that is an easy fix. The nose does not have a chip, the black got scratched or rubbed. Other than that he needs a new family.
