SANDMAN (2nd Series) #1. Published by D.C. in 1989. Written by NEIL GAIMAN with Cover Art by DAVE McKEAN, and interior Artwork by SAM KIETH! This issue presents the 1st appearance of MORPHEUS who in this issue became... The Modern Age SANDMAN! The cover shows excellent colors, and it still reflects it's original cover gloss! There are some stress creases along the spine (you can view a large photo of the cover below). There is no tape, store stamp, arrival-date, writing or markings of any kind anywhere. The pages are White, and tight to the staples. You can view a large photo of the Back Cover at the very bottom of this auction site. The comic is complete, and unrestored. It has been Professionally PGX Graded NM- 9.2 NOTE: The glare seen at the top and bottom edges of the comic is from the scanner. The glare seen does not exist on either the comic or the sealed case.
