This is one of several cup plates made to commemorate Clay's political campaigns. This one shows a silhouette of Clay with "HENRY CLAY" embossed around the silhouette on the plate. It was manufactured for his first campaign for president in 1832 when he lost to Andrew Jackson. Scarce and difficult to find historical glass cup plate offered with no reserve and a "Buy It Now". DIMENSIONS: This cup plate is 1/2" H. x 3 7/16" Dia. CONDITION: The condition is good. T is a chip to the rim and some rim roughness to the serrated rim edges, but no cracks or damage.
