is an old hand laced leather hunting pouch, dating to, I'd estimate 1850-60s , Size 7 1/2" x 6 1/2". The flap was a fur or hair pelt, but the hair is mostly worn off. The leather is still pretty soft. I know little about it. The collector had mostly Indian stuff and I guess it was Indian made, but no way to tell for sure. Selling for a Santa Fe friend.. her husband died and she ask me to sell part of his western and Indian collection. I was helping her clean out a trunk in the garage and found the leather pouch and a lot of other relics I'll be listing. I sell all my listings WITHOUT a RESERVE. Payment is due within 9 days or I may re-list the piece!
