This is Alco Passenger Diesel Built 1951 Class 51. THIS DRAWING IS FROM THE SANTA FE ARCHIVES AND WERE DISPLAYED IN THE OFFICES IN CHICAGO - KANSAS CITY - AND LOS ANGLES.SANTA FE RAILROAD COMMISSIONED THOMAS P HALE ARTIST DRAFTSMAN IN 1952 TO CAPTURE CURRENT INVENTORY OF THE SANTA FE RAILROAD FOR HISTORICAL PURPOSE AS THE RAILROAD WAS MOVING FROM STEAM LOCO POWER TO DIESEL POWER.To see this massive collection go to our Ebay Store and enter this word =Santa Fe= in the search field.The artist name and date 1952 are on each drawing and are visable.
