This Santa mold belonged to my dear departed grandmother. She collected these antique pewter ice cream molds and had them to decorate for all of the major holidays. I have two of these Santa molds- so please see my other listings to view the other. This mold is almost 4-3/4" tall and 2-1/2" wide without the hinge. On the hinge, the following can be read: "E & CO, 991". I am guessing that 991 is the mold number for Santa, as my other Santa bears the same number, but the designs are slightly different. Different annual editions perhaps? I do not know the age of either mold, but the other mold I am listing bears the stamp 1890. Thank you for your interest and good luck!
