This is a preowned Gemmy Santa's Workshop Inflatable Airblown Yard Decoration. Santa and an Elf are behind clear vinyl making toys. The Elf is holding a bear that lights up and his arm is moving up and down stitching the bear. Santa's hand is moving back and forth making a toy. It is in very good condition - no rips or holes and very clean. The clear vinyl could use a little windex because there are some water spots. It has nylon tethers but missing the stakes. I am enclosing some extra light bulbs because I notice a few are burned out. I believe it makes sounds but I don't know how to make it work or even if it works. It does not have the original box.
