What NORTH POLE Village is complete without theoriginal Santa's Workshop!
I places books (etc.) under the batting and snow to give this fine building a special showing above the town and homes. It was Stunning!
This is enchanting building is in PERFECT condition and has been lovingly cared for since its original purchase. This merry fantasy land is a great centerpiece for your Christmas decorations. Each detail is exquisite, each building will transport you to a place and time that comes alive each year in our hearts and minds.
These buildings were retired in the mid-1990s and have been becoming rarer and harder to find. If you were to purchase one, you would pay $75 for it (although some websites have it listed for $350!)
I purchased these buildings when they first came out and have loved them carefully. We now live in a smaller house and t is simply no room for them. Each box has been stored in another box, keeping it safe from nicks, tears, or other blemishes.
Due to the fragility and perfection of the artwork, insurance will be required.
I am new to selling on eBay, and dislike it when people add unnecessary costs to the shipping. Our shipping rates reflect estimated actual costs. We will use boxes that we trust, our existing packing materials, and not charge a handling fee. If you purchase multiple buildings and/or accessories, we will pack multiple building together to make it as inexpensive as possible. If you make multiple purchases at the Buy-It-Now prices, we will be happy to discuss discounts.
