The center station is securely six prong set with a large, deep blue 21.20CTS oval faceted (tested) sapphire measuring 19 MM by 17 MM by 8.2 MM deep. There are minor abrasions on facet junctures and minor chips on the girdle that are not easily seen by the naked eye and are mentioned for accuracy. The sapphire is beautifully showcased, halo style with fourteen (14) 5 MM white saltwater pearls. The three strand necklace consists of one-hundred and thirty-eight (138) antique white color, 6 MM freshwater pearls with an additional 7.2 MM white saltwater pearl at the end of the adjustable chain that dangles down the back. The one-hundred and fifty-three (153) pearls have nice luster and opalescence with very minor natural surface imperfections.
