Very rare bit of SAS kit. It is the rear part only of a set of Bristol Body Armour that was issued to the regiment in 1979. It comes with it's protective inserts as shown in the photos and has a pocket on the front right flap and a cross draw holster for a Browning on the left. Has an external pocket for ceramic plate (plate not included) and suede 'butt pads' on the front shoulder flaps. Sets of armour like this were also produced in green for GSG9 but theirs had German writing on the label, the writing on all labels attached to this is in English. SOLD AS A RARE COLLECTABLE ITEM ONLY, I MAKE NO GUARANTEE OF IT'S PROTECTIVE QUALITIES (ESPECIALLY AS IT'S NEARLY 35 YEARS OLD!). Slightly higher starting price on this to reflect it's rarity. Expensive postage due to size & weight, sorry but blame Royal Mail... Please check my other listings for rare SF kit.
