Made of prime quality aircraft grade aluminum on C.N.C. lathes, this grinder has very sharp diamond shaped teeth which really mulches up the product. There are 13 teeth in the top grinding section and 11 in the bottom for a total of 24 herb mulching molars!There is a nylon "O" ring on the bottom lip of the lower grinding section for easier use with no scratchy sounds when you grind.There are twenty 4mm holes in the bottom grinding section to allow the ground product to fall into the screen section.The two grinding sections are held together by powerful magnets. The ground up product sifts through the holes in the bottom grinding section into the screen compartment. The pollen then goes through the fine mesh screen into the pollen compartment. both the screen and pollen sections screw together tightly so that no product can be lost. There are FOUR major improvements with this item over other grinders!1. There are NO threads on the inside of the screen compartment. Your product cannot get hung up in and wasted in threads like with other grinders. The screen section walls are clean and smooth. NO residue can accumulate!2. The screen itself is MUCH tighter than with other grinders. With this grinder, the screen is AUTOMATICALLY tightened in the manufacturing process.
