These two oriental items from a local estate will be a bright and colorful addition to anybody's collection. The duck (or maybe it's a goose) measures approximately 8" and is marked 'CHINA' underneath. T's a very small crack on the underside of the base next to w the piece is marked, this however does not go through to the glazed surface and we believe it probably occurred in the kiln. The Satsuma vase/pitcher measures just over 8" with a diameter of 2 1/2" across the base, which is signed. It has a lovely raised floral design in vibrant colors and has no cracks, chips or repairs. This item is sold as is, as found. Please read the following notes before making the decision to bid. PAYMENT AND SHIPPING PayPal from eligible bidders - or US Post Office money orders or cashiers checks . Sorry, we CANNOT take any personal checks and if we receive them they will be returned. Box Lots - For the most part items sold in box lots will not have individual descriptions and the pictures will give a good idea of what the item is and what condition it's in. If you have any questions about any item in the box lot we will be happy to answer them. All Box Lots are sold as is as found - which means all box lot sales are final - So please, look at the pictures carefully before you decide to bid. Please Note - We are happy to offer pick up availability to our local winning bidders but we cannot allow any previews of these box lots. Shipping: Delivery confirmation and insurance are required for all purchases within the United States and insurance is required on all International shipments. We're unable to give you final shipping costs since we cannot calculate the insurance cost before the close of the auction. Please do not send your payment until you have received our invoice because if it does not cover the amount in full we will have to request further payment from you. Most of our items are fairly small shipments so we charge just one dollar ($1.00) shipping and handling fee. This covers time, packaging materials and trips to the Post Office. ALL other charges we quote are directly from the USPS - please take this into account before you bid. Some of our items are on consignment so in most cases our descriptions are from what we see in front of us - we are not experts so please examine the pictures carefully before you bid as they are a very important part of our descriptions. Let us know if we're in error - we appreciate other peoples expert advice. Also, feel free to email us with your questions if you are unsure of any aspect of the item shown. Happy Bidding to one and all, and please don't forget.... communicate with us if you have any questions.
