O Scale Brass Model of a New York City Subways, IRT Low V Subway Car. Very detailed, accurate scale model of the famous IRT Low V subways cars from the late 19teens thru the 1920's. Five of real Low V's still exist on the subway today and venture out for special occasions during the year. MTS had these detailed models made in the 1990's by a firm in Korea. One mistake made on the underbody involves replacing the large single resistor under the car with a proper five unit resistor (included with model). All of the original packing and box is included, someone bought this and put it on the shelf. Comes with scale trucks with insulated wheel sets. You will need to get a power truck available from Q Car Company in Pennsylvania, if you want to power it or just paint it and put on display shelf or layout. Item will be boxed/packaged and packed well to insure safe arrival.
