Passenger Platform/Ticket Office HAND CRAFTED STRUCTURE BUILT ON 1/2" = 1" SCALE Up for sale, we have a Passenger Platform with a Ticket Office. This structure is built using Red Oak lumber in which I mill myself. The roof is covered with over 1,000 Red Oak wooden shingles which I mill also. The windows have glass (PLASTIC) installed and are fix and do not open. The door on one side of the Ticket Office is fixed in place as well. The two steps are attached to the structure. The entire structure has been painted and finished as to give it that a-bit-weathered look but has many more years of use to it. It has been given a coat of Valspar Clear Flat Finish and the complete struructure was built using Titebond III glue. The foot print of this structure is 21 1/2" L x 12 1/2" W x 10" H .
