Custom Built by Myself and the Mrs. to approximately 1:22.5 or G scaleOverall footprint is 11" deep 14 1/2" wide and 12 1/4" high. All weather construction made with custom milled Cedar lumber , Exterior plywood, PVC roof and painted with the best 2 coat exterior paint or sealer. Roof painted to give a hammered metal look. Includes one crate and one barrel. All signs coated with UV protectant but care must be taken to avoid fading. Detailed windows with plastic panes. All doors and windows are stationary accept for main saloon doors that swing out. Will look great in any Garden Train setting or diorama. If you are not happy with your purchase, please return it within seven days for a full refund . You are buying the building , It does not include figures, vehicles,coke machine, tools, trees, gravel, rocks, etc. The bottom is open to make it easy to light from within. Lighting is not included This is not a toy for children. It is scenery for train enthusiasts. You pay for actual shipping fees to your location.
