This fully assembled, weather resistant Narvon Ice House built to approximately 1:24 scale. It is about 10" wide by 14" deep and it stands about 101/2" high. Built from thick exterior grade lumber, this weather resistant structure has been assembled using galvanized fastners and waterproof adhesives throughout. Details Include: Heavy exterior grade wood Corrugated roof with real Aluminum (weathered distressed look) Laser cut moldings and doors/windows Framed individual signs Real clapboard siding Detailed windows and doors feature plastic panes and curtains. The freight doors open to the detailed flooring to display your freight. All other doors and windows are fixed in place and do not open. This building a weathered look using the best exterior grade finishes, so it will stay looking that way. Open base allows structure to be easily lit or detailed. (No Lights included ) This building will work well with slightly larger or smaller operations, such as 1:20.3, 1:29, the old American Flyer wide gauge, or the Lionel, Marx and MTH standard guages.
