Custom Built by Myself and the Mrs. to approximately 1:22.5 or G scale.Bottom open for adding lighting Overall footprint is 9" deep 8" wide and 8 1/4 " high. All weather construction made with custom milled Cedar lumber , Exterior plywood, and painted with the best 2 coat exterior paint and sealer. Roof Is real corrugated metal painted to look rusty and crusty. Includes 2 caskets and 1 barrel . All signs coated with UV protectant but care must be taken to avoid fading. Detailed windows with plastic panes. All doors and windows are stationary. Will look great in any Garden Train setting or diorama. If you are not happy with your purchase, please return it within seven days for a full refund . You are buying the building , It does not include figures, vehicles,coke machine, tools, trees, gravel, rocks, etc. Lighting is not included This is not a toy for children.
