You are looking at an HO craftsman kit by Fine Scale Miniatures for building "Roadside Delights." Kit No. 270, a 25th Silver Anniversary Special. Includes gas station with grease rack and outside tool shed; diner with kitchen; newstand with shoe shine and two billboards (only gas station shown in photo). Components in sealed plastic or bundled; detailed instructions, templates and drawings included. Large box of cast metal details. Box in excellent condition. Kit in like-new condition. This kit is from my husband's collection, purchased new in 1991, and I guarantee it to be complete. ShipCover insurance included in domestic S&H. I am happy to combine shipping (except on fragile built-ups) for up to two weeks to save on S&H.
