This is a beautiful piece of HULL Pottery, in the most desirablepattern, "BOW KNOT" !! This piece is one of the most sought after andhard to find by HULL collectors, in this pattern, because of it's large 12 3/4" tall size. It is strikingly beautiful and my personal favorite piece of "BOW KNOT". If you collect HULL, especially in this pattern. this vase will be the crowning glory of your collection. If you were fortunate enough to find this vase in mint condition it would have a value of $1300.00-$1600.00 and probably a price tag to match! My asking price is a mere 25% of the low end value. It is quite old and has actually been used as you will see, t is some residue leftover from the flowers it once held. It has crazing and I tried to capture it in one of the closeup pictures. Some people are put off by crazing but I just think it gives the vase character and attests to it's age and authenticity. T is also a chip on the edge of the base on the backside. Someone has tried to camouflage it with some green paint in hopes that Mom? might not notice. But as you can see it does not show from the front and the vase displays quite beautifully. I also tried to capture the flaw in a closeup so you could view and judge for yourself. The flaws and damage can be professionally restored and would be worth it for such a valuable piece.
