SCARCE CRUET ! EXCELLENT COLOR ! We are pleased to offer this beautiful Cruet in the Medallion Sprig pattern. This scarce pattern was made by the West Virginia Glass Company circa 1894. The rich amethyst color fades to clear for a striking color effect. The sprigs and medallion pattern details are nicely defined. It has a ground & polished pontil on the bottom. You must really look close to see some light abrasion on the tri-foil spout from normal use. And there is a chip on the bottom of the stopper that does not show when displayed. Other than described, this SCARCE cruet is in EXCELLENT CONDITION. There are no other chips, no cracks, and no repairs. There are no “heat-checks” in the handle. The glass is sparkling clean and clear. This hard to find cruet would be a nice addition to any collection. **Sturdy well padded boxing and Priority Mail is calculated at 1-2 lbs.
