** VERY SCARCE ** OLD ANTIQUE VTG Ca 1820's HAND WROUGHT IRON OPEN HEARTH FIREPLACE TOASTER This offering is for an original circa 1800 to 1820's wrought iron hearth toaster. The toaster is entirely hand made of early forged iron and features wonderful looped toast holders, a curled end on the handle and pad feet. The overall length is app. 12½", the width across the toasting head is app. 10 3/4" and the maximum height is app. 6". The overall condition is extremely nice with a deep brown patina and only normal light rust as should be expected. The wire loops have come loose where they attach at the bottoms two or three spots but they still sit nicely in the places provided for them and display beautifully. The toaster is guaranteed 100% to be authentic and of the very early 19th century, circa 1800 to 1820 as stated above. This great antique wrought iron toaster displays great and will make an excellent addition to someone's collection, shouldn't it be yours!!!
