is a scarce original 1913 flood photo from Belmont, West Virginia. This is not a postcard. Note that photo printing on bottom misspells the town as, " Belmot " instead of Belmont. Belmont is along the Ohio River near St. Marys, West Virginia. This photo is 6 9/16 by 8 3/4 inches. All corners are missing some paper and rounded. T are some small stains on the interior of photo and general allover soiling. See photos. T are some brown spot stains w the printing is on bottom. Obviously, the mat board has been trimmed all around the photo at some point. Overall still a quite presentable image with fair contrast.
