For your consideration is this fancy black walnut cased shelf clock with E.N. Welch 8 day time and strike movement AND Franklin Morse's perpetual calendar movement. This clock is in excellent running order keeping accurate time, striking properly, and the calendar is functioning. The movement in this clock was totally gone through, and the calendar movement was cleaned as well, taking care not to damage the black lettering for the months.

I believe the dial, hands, pendulum, door glass, and calendar hand are all original. The brass covered gong base and gong are original Welch and have just been installed since I purchased them on Ebay. T are no extra holes in the backboard. Both of the labels on the back are 90+ percent t and mostly legible. A key will be provided with the clock.

The apology to this clock is the top of the case, w it appears that a repair has been made. Please look at the pictures and decide if you would like to add this to your Welch or calendar clock collection. Sold as is. I do not end auctions early.
