Item for sale will ship folded -- as issued (linen backing services are available). 1980s NYC "Subway" poster. One of the series of 5 posters featuring classic pop icons. Also available are Peggy Lee, Ella Fitzgerald, Satchmo, and Frank Sinatra. email for prices and availablity.New York City subway posters are among the more collectible of modern day poster ephemera as they had a very limited printing run and equally limited display life. These posters would adorn the subway platforms of New York City for generally a week to ten days, and then were stripped down and replaced.
