This wonderful desk was made by Schmieg & Kotzian . It is made of mahogany with a brown leather top and is from the mid-20th century . It is in very good condition for its age with only minor imperfections. There are some minor surface scratches in the finish and some clouding in the leather top. The front right corner of the leather is lifting a bit. The drawers show dovetail construction. There are 3 pull-out surfaces - 2 over the side drawers and a larger one on the back. The bottom right drawer has file holders and metal runners. It measures 30" tall by 72" wide by 38" deep.
