This is a fascinating old pamphlet advertising Schneur's Curiosity Store of St. Augustine, Florida -- "Wholesale and Retail dealer in Florida curiosities". Flager-era, pre-1900, I would date this to the 1880s or 1890s. The pamphlet closes to a sort of ice cream cone shape and opens to a heart shape with a lightly textured orange / orange blossom design. The interior pages are unbound, and consist of one double sided page in the same dimensions as the outside cover, and a second half page (also double sided). Great Victorian-era text and graphics featuring alligators and palm trees. Please make sure to examine all of the photographs (scans) to see all the interesting details of this item. Condition is amazingly well preserved, with only one barely visible crease mark on one side of the outside pamphlet (mentioned only for complete accuracy). Inside pages have no creases, rips, or marks. Dimensions are approximately 5 inches high from the bottom of the cone to the top of the orange x 2.75 inches across the widest point of the orange. A fascinating little piece of historic Floridiana that will be of interest to any collectors of early Florida material. A great Old Time Florida piece!
