This is arguably one of the prettiest, and definitely, one of the most unique knives to ever come out of the Schrade USA factory. The Schrade Barnett SB2LTD was a collaboration between Schrade and Van Barnett. Barnett is one of the hottest knife makers around with over 50 major knife-making awards, and considers himself an artist first and knife maker second. The knife is 4" long closed and features green stair-stepped bone handles with numerous 24K gold and gold titanium accents. Blade and back feature intricate custom file work. The blued bolsters are a blend of detailed engraving and gold inlay. The 2 ¾" blade is satin finished and crafted from high performance ATS-34 steel and sharpened to a razor edge. This is one of the rarer first production runs and is serial number 279 of 500 made with the first production blade etch. Knife comes with a genuine shark skin pouch which is glove leather lined along with a lined zippered carrying case. Knife is in absolute mint condition with box and paperwork. These were first sold back in 2001 and finding one available today is a rarity. This is a must-have knife for the Schrade collector and is truly an outstanding knife and one you will be proud to own and display. Note: Must be at least 18 to purchase knives. The knife you see in the photos is the one you will receive. I inspect each item I sell before shipment to insure you only get the best, and describe all of my items accurately and honestly. You can always bid with confidence on anything I offer.
