This is one of the knives we just acquired out of the collection of Irv Trachtenberg, former Marketing and Product Development Manager of Schrade Cutlery from early 1970's until 1984. We bought this massive collection and will be offering some of the absolute finest pieces of Schrade Cutlery, and many other extremely fine pieces for auction in the upcoming days, weeks, and months. Folks, this is a totally outstanding group of knives, you'll see, just keep watching our auctions. With each knife sold out of the Irv Trachtenberg Collection, you will receive a Certificate of Authenticity verifying this knife came out of this splendid group of knives, spanning a 20 year period. This is a Schrade 1970's issue Ellenville, NY produced H-15 Sheath Knife for auction. This knife is 9 7/8" overall with a 5 1/8" blade and features the stacked leather handle. We haven't had one of these in around 15 years, it has some use but is a nice example of this scarce authentic Schrade produced sheath knife. Please see the Supersize Photos.The front tang of the blade is stamped with Schrade N.Y. U.S.A. H-15. Also included with this knife is the Genuine Leather Sheath. This late 1970's issue Schrade H-15 Sheath Knife from the Irv Trachtenberg Collection, is complete with the Genuine Leather Sheath and being offered at No Reserve.
