This is a 1980's produced Schrade Cutlery Littlemouth Filet knife for auction. As you probably know, the Schrade factory is now closed, and we're offering up some more great finds of the last of this Schrade inventory. The tang stamp reads Schrade + U.S.A GF45. This knife is 9 1/4" overall with a 4 3/4" blade and is complete with the Schrade factory leather sheath, cardboard blade guard, and even the original packaged Cork Piece which was affixed to the end of the blade to protect the blade during shipping, and to protect your hand when getting the knife out of the box. (About 3 years ago, I bought one of these and it didn't have the Cork Piece on the end and trust me, the blades on these Schrade Littlemouth knives are very sharp, it cut me pretty good). Please see the Supersize Photos. The handle has a shield which is stamped with "Graphite". We bought it in a store stock acquisition of knives still mint and complete in the original issue boxes. The end of the box reads GF-45 Littlemouth Schrade Cutlery Corp. Ellenville, N.Y. 12428. This Schrade GF45 Littlemouth Fixed Blade Sheath knife is in mint condition and complete in the original issue box with Schrade factory leather sheath and being offered at No Reserve.
