This is an original Schuco GAMA wind-up car. This car was made in the U.S. Zone Germany. I'm guessing based on my research that it was sometime in the 1950's.The car is in good condition. There are some minor scuff marks and it shows its age. But everything works. The tires are in good condition. All of the chrome plating is on the card and in good condition. The car winds and runs. This car had a "hit and go" feature when built. This car doesn't run fast enough to engage this feature. The key that is included is NOT an original key. It fits and works but it's not originalThis would be a great add to a collectors tin toy collection or to give as a gift.
