Bidding on a very beautiful Schumann Bowl with Empress flowers that are hand painted all around the reticulated (cut out) rim. The pattern is called Chateau, but goes with the Empress and Dresden Flowers pattern, as the flowers are the same. This plate is in beautiful condition, with no loss of the heavy gold trimming and no use marks, or any other wear. Measures 12 inches long and 8.25 wide This is a truly beautiful serving piece to go with any of your Schumann pieces. Bowl is fully marked and has U.S.Zone under the logo. These serving pieces , made in Dresden, Germany are difficult to find ..
