Hello,

Up for your bids is this 1969 Schwinn Apple Krate. This bike really looks cool with new correct cardinal red paint from Hyper-Formance! The bike was not professionally painted and is not perfect but it sure is vibrant. The bike is complete and correct except for the rear tire and derailleur which is a schwinn T100 derailleur. The seat is in great shape with the exception of a very small rip on the under side. The cables have been replaced and are not the grey cables but they can be purchased for as low as $18.00. The bike is fully functional and rides great! There is some rust on the chrome which is to be expected with a bike that is over 40 years old. I try to be as acurate as possible with my descripton and pictures. The SN begins with LE which makes this a Nov. 1969 model. I have set my reserve very reasonably which is actually lower than most other krates of the same type and vintage currently available on Ebay. I accept PAYPAL only within 3 days of auctions end. Item is sold as is with no returns. I ship to the lower 48 states only. I have set shipping costs in-line with the current excessive rates. I dont make any money on shipping and in fact i have lost money several times because i try to keep it as reasonable as possible. Thank you for your time.
