I bought these new in 2006 to put on my 1951 Schwinn Black Phantom. I never put them on the bike and my bike was stolen in 2009. They have been stored in an old shed for years. They are not perfect but still in very good shape. Just very little oxidation in small spots. Could be buffed out though. The horn has a wire off but it is all there and cannot promise you it will work properly. I put batteries in it in 2006 and it worked fine. I touch the wires together and just get a faint beep. So I have to sell it all "as is". I am including a set of new old stock decals for the tank that I just bought from bicycle bones. Good Seller! Well, that is all I can tell you. I think for the horn and tank and decals that $60.00.00 is a good fair price and shipping will be $17.00 because shipping has gone crazy around here. I am a poor boy myself and can't afford many expenses right now. I hope you enjoy the tank and your bike, I know I loved my Phantom. Thanks, Regen. p.s.
