My father purchased this bicycle back in 1983, wheeled it into his dry, enclosed, heated shop and threw a blanket over it. We're not sure exactly what year the bike is since it was on display in the bike shop window for some time, per my dad's recollection. I'm sure you Schwinn fans can tell by the serial number listed in the photo of the paperwork exactly what year it is. But back to the bike, it literally has not been ridden! I also included the picture that he took to try and show the serial number on the headstock just to give you an idea of the condition of this 24+ year old time capsule. The bike box is 53 1/2 inches by 33 inches and a little over 7 inches thick. It weighs 55 pounds. Shipping will be at actual cost, insurance is recommended. If you are reading
