Most mixte frames are small with effective top tubes and seat tubes of only 50-53 cm, but this one is 56 cm center to center for both the theoretical top tube and seat tube. The actual seat tube height is 58 cm center to top. The paint and chrome are in decent but not perfect condition. Steel wool and oil will make the chrome acceptable, and the sky blue paint has only a few scratches and chips. this LeTour model is one of the "Schwinn Approved" lugged made in Japan series of frames. Included are the Shimano / Schwinn Approved GT 400 LeTour front and rear derailleurs plus Schwinn Approved center pull brakes. The shifters are Shimano Unishift friction. The headset is steel and needs repacking, but it's not grinding. I guarantee my sales!
