This is a 21 speed NOS Schwinn MOAB 3 from mid to late 1996. In the original Schwinn box never assembled or displayed - NOS (New Original Stock). The protective frame wrapping was only recently removed to take the images for this auction. Schwinn sold this bike as a 19" frame size (center of crank to top of seat mast). This bicycle was picked up by me from an old Schwinn dealership. This Schwinn MOAB 3 has a cro-moly double butted blended tig welded steel frame and cool graphics/details. Schwinn Quality red star head badge has the numbers 1776 stamped on it. I believe this translates into the 177 frame made in 1996. This bike is equipped with Rock Shox USA INDY C front suspension that looks great. The rubber boots are supple - all decals are fully intact - this entire bike is awesome.

Front hub Formula aluminum, Q/R, Rear: Shimano AceraX, Double walled Araya TM-820 rims 32-hole, tires Front: 26 x 1.95" Schwinn Moab Leader XL, Rear: 26 x 1.95" Schwinn Moab Trail XL, spokes Stainless steel, 2.0mm straight gauge and brass nipples. Reflectors in sealed package. All cables/housing included. Comes with all original manufacturer's sealed owner's manuals - Rock Shox warranty card and instructions, all very detailed Shimano front and rear drivetrain and braking systems instructions/servicing, Schwinn 58 page Owner's Manual and buyers agreement.
