Men's Vintage 10 Speed Schwinn Varsity 27" Wow! This auction is for a very nice men's 10 Speed Schwinn Chicago Varsity. Bike was made 1974. Wheel size is 27" Give the page a minute to load as I've uploaded a lot of pictures so you see what your getting. This bike is in great shape for the age, showing signs of normal use. T's some rust on one section w chain and/or shift cable touched frame by shifter - see picture. It still looks beautiful with it's electric green paint and classic decals. The rear tire has good tread and holds air. I've replaced the front tire & tube. The shifter works nicely as do the brakes. (Shifter/brakes may need slight adjustment after shipping) The seat has a very small rip in the seat, and has a couple scratches. The green tape on the handlebars is coming off in places. This is a real smooth rider and certainly a head turner with the electric green color.
