This is a complete Scientific ships model of The Bluenose. Complete and in mint condition with all parts, wooden, metal, sailcloth, decals and plans and all original paperwork. If bidders from countries other than those I ship to wish to bid please contact me thru Ebay for permission. PLEASE READ ALL TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE BIDDING: Except for misstatements of the items description it is not returnable. Due to the age and condition of most items being sold they are auctioned "AS-IS", with no right of return and no refunds or exchanges. T are no guarantees or warrantee's of any kind on these items. Some of the vintage cameras and electronics I sell require technical competence and knowledge for t use. It is up to the purchaser to know how to operate the equipment. Damaging from lack of knowledge a camera, stereo speaker, turntable or other electronic equipment while trying to operate it, is not a reason for return. Most often, our merchandise is old and/or used . We try to describe these items to the best of our ability and would not misrepresent anything intentionally. We can sometimes overlook something or make a mistake and admit that we are not experts on everything we sell. Please look at the pictures for condition and email us with any questions before bidding. Except for misstatements of an item description, purchase is not returnable or payment refundable. If you are unsure of an item, or do not receive a response back do not bid on item. You can not wait until after the auction is over to start asking questions about the item or change your mind. No Local Pick ups. If you plan to bid for more than 3 items, please contact me for approval. Shipping days are usually Tuesday and or Wednesday mornings EST. If payment is send Wednesday mid morning or afternoon item will not be shipped until the following Tuesday. All shipping will be mailed to the address used by your Paypal Account. Any item selling for over $249.99 will require Signature Comfirmation which will be an additional $1.95 if shipping USPS or $4.25 if UPS. IF YOU WIN THE ITEM YOU MUST PAY FOR IT. Any person who has not paid for item will be blocked from future purchases and will be given negative feedback. Any item returned without our express permission or due to non-delivery to a correct address will not be accepted and/or is subject to a 20% restocking charge . Shipping charges are not refundable under any circumstances. ONCE ITEM IS SHIPPED WE ARE NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGE. It is up to you to be on the alert for your package. Feedback will not be provided until after buyer has received item and has provided feedback on item and transaction.Bidders with less than 3 feedbacks or excessive negative feedbacks need to contact us for permission to bid or their bids may be cancelled.NJ Residents pay 7% sales tax. Shipping will be priority mail and Insurance. International Shipping will be U.S.P.S. PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL. ALL ITEMS MUST HAVE INSURANCE . IF POSSIBLE WILL TRY to combine orders to save on shipping cost and Insurance. Please send with your payment a note or a copy of the auction or item number. Thank you. Acknowledgement of winning bidder must be within 3 days of end of auction. Payment must be received within 7 days of end of auction or seller has Right to re-list. You are told what shipping method we use in advance. You can determine the cost in advance by using the calculate link or contacting us. If either are not acceptable to you do not bid. Shipping will be U.S.P.S. PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL or by a shipping service that will allow insurance to be purchased for the full value of the item being shipped. ALL ITEMS MUST HAVE INSURANCE.
