Title says it all. This is a Scott International Part 2. It is the 1950 (more complete/later) edition which runs from 1940 to 1949. After that you would need a part three. Looks good. Have not seen any rips or thins, but can't swear that there aren't any. But I would be shocked if there are any, because I went through the entire album more than once. A few pages have mounts in place. As is common with Scott Internationals, the USA pages are missing. (This is because many collectors maintained their USA collection in a dedicated album, and so removed the USA pages from the Scott International).There are approximately 1,500 stamps in the album. I have enclosed a small sample of them in the pictures.
